Outside of my healing work, I offer my time as a Volunteer Bereavement Comfort Caller with the NHS, trained in safeguarding and sensitive care. Holding space for grief is sacred honour to me – it deepens my understanding of human resilience, love and loss.
To restore my own energy, you’ll usually find me out walking in ancient places ~ the kind where time slows and the earth speaks. I love wandering through old forests, waterfalls, and castle ruins, drawing strength from the wild rhythms of Mother Nature. As a true Capricorn, I’m grounded by the elements ~ soil underfoot, breeze through the trees, water rushing over stone.
Nature is my personal healer, my reset, my reconnection, its where I listen, it’s where I remember……

Holistically, I hold sacred space for clients navigating emotional overwhelm, energy depletion, chronic imbalance, or spiritual disconnection. Each Session is a personal ritual ~ drawing from Kinesiology, Breathwork, Elemental Energy, Shamanic Tools, and the vibration of sound to realign your Body and Soul.
Whether you’re seeking emotional release, energetic balance, or a deeper sense of purpose, I’ll meet you exactly where you are – in clinic, or online in the quiet of your own home. For those living with social anxiety, sensory sensitivities, or feeling housebound, I offer gentle, fully supported online sessions for both adults and children. Healing shouldn’t depend on geography ~ it begins the moment you feel safe to begin.
I also offer Chi Me one-to-one online sessions that can be practiced from your own sacred space ~ a beautiful, guided mind-body movement practice to bring calm, clarity and flow into your day.
This is not quick-fix healing. It’s sacred work, layered with intention ~ for the soul who’s ready to return home to themselves.
